the short version

every clayn product is handmade in small batches with natural ingredients — made fresh, made carefully, made for your skin.

because of this, all sales are final. we don't accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

but if something arrives wrong or damaged — we will always make it right.

all clayn products are final sale.

we don't accept returns or exchanges because:

· our products are handmade and perishable · we can't resell opened skincare products · every batch is made fresh — returns would compromise the integrity of what we make

pre-orders & skincare in a bar

pre-orders can be cancelled any time before your batch ships.

once your order has been fulfilled and is on its way — it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

to cancel a pre-order: → email us at hello@claynskincare.com with your order number → or use the cancellation link in your pre-order confirmation email

we'll process your cancellation and refund within 3–5 business days.

damaged or wrong orders

if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will replace or refund it.

however, claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and must include:

· your order number · clear photos or video showing the damage or issue — taken immediately upon opening · a description of what's wrong

claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery or without supporting documentation cannot be accepted.

this policy exists because we take quality seriously and want to resolve genuine issues quickly — but we also need to be able to verify them fairly.

once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll send a replacement or process a full refund within 3–5 business days.

we recommend filming a short video as you open your package — this protects both you and us if anything goes wrong in transit.

what we don't cover

· change of mind after the product has shipped · reactions due to known personal allergies — please check ingredients before ordering · damage caused by improper storage or use · products purchased from third-party sellers

refund processing

approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
